Information you choose to send
If you contact us by email, telephone, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk or an external booking service, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, intended school-entry period, current school year and enquiry. Please do not send a child’s passport, identity number, full medical record or payment information through an ordinary enquiry message.
Purpose and retention
Enquiry information is used to respond, prepare a consultation, manage requested services and meet legal obligations. Unless a longer period is required by law or an active service relationship, initial enquiry information is retained for up to one year and then deleted or anonymised.
